Our appreciation for Riley is sincere. His approach to sports performance training requires that you look within. He has helped many of our players simplify things. As a team they look forward to his sessions; specifically those that are interactive.

We all know that a major part of being successful student-athletes is about preparation and your competition mentality. They’ve learned some key elements, habits and triggers that directly relate to their individual approach and output in competition. Learning to be our best individually has a direct affect on what we can accomplish and how we communicate as a team. Team is what it’s all about for us, and Riley has challenged us to work at our best. —Valeida Harris, Head Coach, Weber State Women’s Basketball

Mindset Matters Podcast

Our Membership Service team recently had the pleasure of spending some time with Riley Jensen, MS. Riley is a long-time friend who went back to school several years ago to get his Masters in Sports Psychology. His messaging around “Self-Talk” and focusing on (W)hats (I)mportant (N)ow really resonated with the team as they are finishing our renewal campaign. The departure from traditional sales and service training was exactly what the team needed to push through the final few weeks. Thanks for joining us Riley.
